Accented Nutral fashion is like black whites grays browns (darker colors) and then you just add a splash of color. When you add your splash of color remeber everyones focus when they look at you at first glance will be attracted to that area of color
My example of Accented Neutral is Kim K...
She is wearing black sweater, scarf, a white shirt, and for her accented neutral color she chose literally blue jeans. You focus is at her legs because that accented color drawls you into her legs.
